Our face coverings and dog bandanas are sewn in North Carolina. We are committed to revitalizing rural areas by bringing textile jobs back to the United States through our cut and sew production. Making BPNC products in NC also means that we have better oversight into the quality construction of our cloth products, and can ensure fair wages and safe working conditions for those we trust to make our products.

BPNC wants to help our customers adjust to new ways of interacting in the world in light of the recent pandemic. To that end, we are constantly sourcing and testing ethically sourced products and accessories, and will continue to supplement our offerings with products that we think will help our customers address new challenges in the new normal. We focus first on partnering with NC vendors and manufacturers.

Wash your face covering before wearing, then every time you are out in public. You should wash your face covering on the highest temperature possible before you wear it for the first time, with a non-bleach detergent, and dry on low or air dry. For greatest longevity, wash you face mask on warm each time you wear your face covering in public, with a non-bleach detergent, then air or tumble dry.

For optimal longevity, use a delicates bag or pillowcase.

If you are using a replaceable filter, please remove filter before wash.

BPNC’s face coverings are made of premium fabric and have a durable construction. Longevity will vary according to factors like number of times worn, and, in turn, number of times washed, along with whether certain care instructions are followed.

BPNC’s dog bandanas are made from the same premium fabrics and high-quality construction as our face coverings. You can follow the care instructions for our face coverings, with the exception that you need not place the dog bandana in a delicates bag when you wash it (but you can if you want).
